My name is Liu Ruohan. I come from Anhui, China. My major is Business Administration. I am a gentle person, neither cheerful nor introverted. My hobbies are reading books, reading comics, music and yoga. I'd like to talk about my experience with yoga. The first time I got into yoga was when I was drinking coffee and a woman came with a flyer to promote the classes in their studio. At that time, we hadn't started school yet. My first class was very difficult because my body was thin and weak with no strength and poor flexibility. But instead of being discouraged by my lack of success, I fell in love with yoga, a very beneficial aerobic exercise that made my mind calmer.
